Strategic Cruiser CPU bug?

Hi to all!

I returned to Eve after a yer off, and now it seems I can't online all my Tengu modules.

As you can see in the picture, although I have 722 CPU total, it tells me that I don't have enough from a total off 582.

It seems that the game does not take into account my Caldary Strategic Cruiser skills witch are all at 5.

Is this a bug? And is there a get around?

Never mind. Reloaded the game and its working now.
