Be active. If you are online you are expected to be on mumble and be available on discord/slack
Be able to fly doctrine ships, or set aside personal skilling to skill for the required ships
Be self sufficient, however, don't be afraid to ask for help

Questions❓

I have roles in my old corp, what do? You need to drop roles (Right click yourself and find the option “Quit corporation?” → “Remove All Roles and Grantable Roles?”). You need to wait 24 hours OR drop corp to be able to receive an invitation to AMD.

I'm already in INIT/IM, can I join AMD? INIT/IM members who wish to join need to follow the steps above, but jump down to the AMD channel in mumble to have a chat with us!

Why was I rejected? Read the messages on your application that can be found in your mailbox. It states the reason for your rejection. If you have further questions ask a recruiter in the ~AMD~ in-game channel

Hey I'm a returning player. This is my main at 16m sp mining and industry focused. My alt is an Explorer with 10m sp (both on the same account). I play evenings eastern time and I'm looking for people to help build up.
