Scan window layer prioritization

Previously I have always stacked my DScan and Probe scan windows on top of each other to save space, with the Dscan window set to be on top.

It appears since starting to use the new windows it switches when docking/undocking. Not sure if there is a way I can set the dscan window to be on top always again?

This issue has emerged after new probe scanning implementation. It seems CCP doesn't consider it as a bug.

Its unfortunate. I know it might seem like a small thing as you only need to do a single click to fix it but after a while it gets very annoying.
