radial menü dont show up

the radial menü by holding mouse 1 pressed dont show up for me sometimes.
it happen very often if i work with more than one account and i have to relog.

i have this problem at least a half year and reinstaled eve but the bug dont go away.
its realy bad for my mining profession.

i have this bug on daily basis even on the testserver.
and i have this problem since months
this ****** ring menü makes me realy angry
