Result of mining requiring 0.2 APM and 3 brain cells.
But a lot of people like it like that. They play at work or doing something else so randomly clicking every 5 minutes is a thing.

Why ugly? The less active play time you spend with EVE's dead boring PvE, the better.

Here's the thing though. Had you provided the location of this, I am sure a duly authorized agent of CODE would have swung by to validate their mining permits.

Instead of just complaining, turn it into content!

its annoying for most but hes running 12 clients, if the effects are on ....

If he's running 12 clients, he's most likely clicking more than once every 5 minutes. Though Ice is slower.
That setup on Ore is very heavy on user interaction in high.

I doubt it. In another thread a while back someone reported a bot miner and some guy from code replied something along the lines of "im not your personal gank squad".
