Contracts with corp other than war decs

I know there are corp war decs etc....but is there such an option/thing as individual/group 'kill contracts' that a corp might do?

What I mean is, are there entities out there that accept contracts on individuals that have pissed people off?

More of a speculative post than anything....just wondering as you never know....could be useful sometime.

For example....can you contract CODE and say "I'll pay you X amount if you gank this miner 5 times" or pay a merc corp to disrupt this for X amount, but not a corp...just individuals?

Or do they only do corps?

Would be nice to know the answer to it.
