'Deliver to Member' in Corporate Assets gone

Since the last update, I know longer see 'Deliver to Member' in the right-click menu when looking at corporate assets.

Where did it go, and is there any means with which to deliver corporate assets to members without using the slow and cumbersome contract process?

I've... seen things you people wouldn't believe...
