Steam Membership Issue

Purchased membership via steam over 48 hours ago now, it's still not active on my account and still have no resolution to the ticket I raised around 2 days ago.

I understand I new patch has recently released however surely new players and payment issues should be a priority ticket

Anyone know what the usual wait time of a ticket is?

3 days and still waiting, all I want is the subscription that I paid for to be applied to my account

Ticket times for payment issues are ridiculous

Did you raise a ticket with STEAM or CCP or Both?

I heard CCP disabled the Steam PLEX membership option as in, no longer compatible (I could hopefully be wrong).
Also, I purchased 240+ PLEX via steam not to long ago, still waiting for confirmation.
