Looks like CCP is just trying to crash the PLEX market and continue to make EVE Online more like World of Warcraft. Couldn't help but notice the new PLEX Vault where idiot players now have the safety of selling their plex straight to CCP too in order to avoid piracy should they have decided, beforehand, transport it for sale. EVE is all about risk and you guys are doing a good job of killin that. First the bounty system, the universal killrights and now this stupid crap. I hope you guys at CCP realize that EVE's redeeming qualities are not infinite. They are actually quite finite and very select. If CCP is trying to destroy its sandbox game, it's doing a VERY good job of it. Trust me when I say, people are not going to be very keen on doing gigantic fleets("Derp, kek, I press teh F1 wunz kee, durrrrrr") or doing bland missions or sitting around watching a mining laser all day long. It seems be the direction CCP is pushing this. Now lucky enough, I don't rely on the plex market, but the writing on the wall, with this crap, is plain as day. UghRollStraight

Hey peeps. Just came back to check out the game after a couple of years break and just wanted to know..

Is this a thread full of salty tears from Isk rich people who have actually got to contribute real money for transfering characters ?

If you are serious, best you stay away for a few more years.
But to answer a really stupid question - CCP have all but killed off the character bazaar by now forcing players selling characters to complete isk transactions with real money.
Not everyone who sells characters is isk rich and even if they were - That has absolutely nothing to do with having to spend real money to get isk.

Eve characters up until now have had no dollar value - CCP has just changed that and put a minimum dollar value on them.

Pretty sure this is against the EULA...
CCP is 3rd partying the sale of characters for real money.

My opinions are mine.

It really is getting harder and harder to justify $23 a month for each sub.

With the release of the 119.5 update to the PLEX systems, there are some technical difficulties that are preventing the use of the New Plex in regards to the Character Transfer system. Currently you will not be able to use plex to cover the cost of the Pilot Transfer. This Post will removed once the issue is corrected.

They are probably just collating data on how the player base adapts to the fee and the impact on free-loaders who train alts for free.

Might wanna take another break and hopefully it will last forever. I dont need TROLLS like you. And it aint free, but counting might not the best part of you?

Well i wont be buying more game time... this game is getting more and more pay to win and downgraded to a console game...
I miss the old asteroid belts in 2006 when i first started playing... i miss the thing that you had to upgrade your clone and had to buy a new 1 since you got pod killed... more gameplay gone... then the bounty set that if you killed the dude/gal you get the whole bounty not just a stupid part of it... again fun gameplay destroyed... then that uh warp stuff extra skill thingy's on ships so you can warp out more easly of battle... again game breaking change no more strat... everytime less RPG. now removing plex so people cant go run around with plex to have a dangerous run or have it for baiting other players :).. again game got downgraded more and more to console size game... ow and forgot the skill buying and extracting... yes i made use of it.. but it made my gameplaying more lazy so yes again some gameplay destroyed... but you could really see that ccp wanted more players and started creating real money stuff microtransactions :)...

So if my 139 days end i will no more buy anymore because i dont earn enough ingmae to pay with isk... so well after all those times bb ccp... when my game time ends :P...

This kind of action which trying to grab money from player while there is already a way which let u, CCP earn money in the end (u know plex comes from RL money pay to you, right?) makes me feel like u are trying to do window dressing, and make me doubt that u are suffering for another failure in your shift in investment. I feel fine if u try to test on new thing with your profit on EVE online but if your go to over and harm the foundation of you profiting product that will be bad for both you and me.

I think I do need to re-consider about the ability that u are able to make this game stable.
