So im wondering what is the border for everyone out there that they will stop using plex aka not profitable anymore.For me that's 1.8b and we're going there pretty fast it seems.Cry

When I'm at home, I can contract you some PLEX for 900M each (don't need them anymore, that's why the discount).

Thank you for the kind offer which any sane person will not refuse but I recommend that you keep it you never know when you might want to come back to eve.Even though it has some issues specially now its still very unique game.

i think you need to wait little , to see where things settle. Plex change has just been implemented.

Ive made 2bill isk in profit so far trading plex today.

I suspect that is because the new plex has been given a new item ID. All old plex will have been moved to the new plex so nothing will be showing for the old ID on EC

My second account will switch from permanently subbed to strategically subbed and unsubbed if/when PLEX hit 1600m per month, unless the game economy changes considerably.

Prices seem to be hovering near 1.3b right now which is more or less what its been at for the last 10 days or so.

Also, there are a bazillion listings on the market with 1 PLEX. Sigh.

since i'm sp farming with two or three characters on all of my accounts, my barrier is quite high, as long as the injectors follow the plex price

i would actually happily accept a loss on those accounts where i'm farming with three characters.

I think this is the really relevant point here. As disruptive as injectors have been, swapping to making the economy a SP based comparison may make more sense.

Been using plex for all chars mostly just because I can.. ever since that was made possible. I'll stop using plex for some chars the moment jEveAssets shows total wealth is not increasing anymore. Would guess that point is somewhere around 2.5B.

'new' PLEX prices going up is partially just what's happening now - and partially natural inflation.

If PLEX (the cost/value of 500 to sub an account) continues to rise - then so will the price of Ore/Minerals.

With some roller-coasting it will always be self-adjusting.

My guess is plex prices will continue to rise until extracting skill points becomes slightly unprofitable. With CCP crying all the way to the bank.

Honestly the increase in plex prices hasn't affected me much. and isn't likely to in the foreseeable future. I have multiple SP farms that bring in enough income to keep all of my accounts plexed (and i still sub 2 of them). although I will admit that if the price per 500 ever gets close to the 2bil mark, it will be quite tempting to buy a few extra just to fund some of my ill advised ship fits.

Which I suspect is what quite a few people will be looking at, which will (eventually) provide some downward pressure on the market. We are also more than due for another big plex sale (the very limited sale that was only available to some people really wasn't enough)

some people have infinite isk doing notheing - ccp make game like this years ago - and now there are consequences.
Plex price will rise as long as there will be people who dont need to do anything to earn isk.
CCP is trying to do something to reduce effect, but it is too late - 6 years to late.
Now you all are a toy for some people - go go and make isk like chinese people playing all the day Lol for bowl or rise.
this game and its economy starts to have no any sence sadly.
