A faction standing of 9.82 is, even modified, 9.5+.
Your response sounds like someone who has no idea how difficult it is to get faction standings, if I didn't have one I'd buy that toon and inject trade skills.

My response, unlike yours, comes from knowledge and experience. :)

I have seen "standings" toons on here with similar standings, that were barely TWO weeks old.
So your "its sooooo hard" statement is invalid.
