Looking for a new PvP main

Looking for a new main PvP character to use.

Necessary skills:
JDC 5
Fighters 5
Able to use a dreadnought except phoenix (just needing to inject skillbooks is fine) and able to use FAX

Preferred to have, but not required are:
All battleships and the respective weapon system at 5
T2 Siege and T2 capital weapon systems
No logi 5/T2 Triage as I have an alt for that
Caldari/Gallente Cruiser 5
HIC/HAC/Recon maximum of 4
Covops/Inties/command destroyers/dictors/T3D, some small weapons at T2
No wasted SP
Cleanish kb and corp history
SP doesn't matter up to the point where I can't afford it :P (Preffered to stay below 100m, but if it's amazing, feel free to offer)

Will pay well above extraction price if something good comes along.
