Character was transfered through the CCP transfer mechanism.

However I made an error and started the transfer before transfering the isk.

Auty will transfer the agreed amount after the grace period

At this point Rule 21 is in effect. (yes it does not fully cover this situation)

Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it.


While both pilots are working to address this issue, (doing great by the way) and in order to ensure the integrity of the Character Bazaar and to prevent a third party from scamming, Both parties need to file support tickets. The seller should file from the account the pilot was sold from, and the buyer from the account s/he posted from in this thread. You can include that the ISD required you to file a ticket.

Tickets should be filed under Billing and Account -> Character Transfers.
