Confusion resulting from aurum/plex conversion

Hi

I am very confused after the patch. I had 1500 AUR on another account which I left in place pending all these changes. There was also a small amount of AUR (150) on a third account that had gone to alpha - again, I left it alone because it was going to be converted at some time in the future.

Having logged on to check the changes, I find that the account with 1500 AUR has no nuPlex in the vault at all. Neither does the second account with a small balance. However this account (which had no AUR prior) now has 214 nuPlex in its vault.

I don't know if the changes have somehow consolidated the AUR into one account (linked by my email but not sure how this would have been done otherwise) and if so, if 214 represents the same amount as 1650 AUR as I don't have any records to use as a conversion guide.

Anyone got an idea of what happened, and if its happened to you? Somebody must have worked out the expected conversion rate too, and that would be appreciated before I put in a ticket, if needed.

Any insight is much appreciated.

I had about 600 aurum spread across 3 accounts and now I have none at all. Was there some sort of threshold for it? Am v confused.

Seriously, ISD's can not look at your account. Only GM's and DEV. Support Tickets will be the best place to get an answer for this.

FYI for anyone else in the same position, my ticket response stated that anyone with a balance of less than 1000 aurum will have it rectified at a later date.

Update in case anyone is interested.

I looked at the NES store and found that a single Skill Extractor is now 140 nuPlex. I know that it used to be 1000 AUR, so this gives me a conversion rate. Reviewing my notes, it was 70 AUR left on one account and 1500 on the other. Thus, 214 nuPlex is pretty much these two balances combined and converted.

The conversion seems to have taken all the scattered aurum from my accounts, combined it, converted to nuPlex and then put the whole amount in the Plex vault of my most used account - which incidentally had no aurum on it.

Very odd, but it is clear that I haven't lost anything in the conversion, but it was put in an account I wasn't expecting. I hope this information is useful to others.
