Single Sign On Issues After Deployment of 119.5

Hey guys,

We're currently investigating an issue with the SSO after the deployment of 119.5.

We'll be providing updates in this thread as we work on resolving the problem.

Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

UPDATE - 12:45 UTC - PLEX SERVICES HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFFLINE WHILE WE INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE
UPDATE - 13:10 UTC - INVESTIGATION INTO ISSUES IS STILL ONGOING
UPDATE - 13:40 UTC - ISSUES NOW APPEAR TO BE RESOLVED - WE ARE IN MONITORING MODE

usual process:
1. click eve launcher shortcut
2. eve launcher opens

today's process:
1. click eve launcher shortcut
nothing appears
2. you look in the system tray and realise the launcher has launched
3. double click the launcher in the system tray
launcher opens but is messed up...

We thank you for your apologies, Falcon. but this seems to have become a recurring event on patch days. Can you all please take a look at what has been causing these issues every time and figure out a means to prevent it... I know this is personally at least the 2nd time this has happened this year. I know other people complain about it every time we have major patches.

А у вас не принято сразу прогнозировать и готовиться к устранению проблем. Каждое обновление у вас одно и тоже. Пора уже и научиться быть к этому готовыми и устранять на этапе написания обновления, а не в процессе установки.

Also i have lost all my saved accounts on the launcher and can't add any accounts due to the pictures above

Launcher is set up to launch 3 accounts - I can get one of them to run, getting the same result (connection reset) as everyone else for the rest

Same problem, half of my accounts disappears and impossible to add account, have a "404 like" window instead, or a login issue message (little red window in top right corner of launcher, in the notification area).

Loging in through steam getting a small white window that says connection reset

after closing that window my steam account is not connected to the launcher
