Because without a rough idea of skills I would offer only 3.6bil per char at 5mil sp and cyber 5, maybe 4bil if it has remaps and can light a cyno

I'm in the process of extracting sp, so they'll all be between 5 and 5.5mil sp.

The one that shows +4 implants across the board, does actually have +5s in Int/Mem.
