A huge change in CCP policy happened halfway through this 14th year of The BIG Lottery.
Lotteries (or any game of chance) has become forbidden - IF they charge any kind of ticket/entrance fee.

So why is The BIG Lottery still running you might ask?

Because we've done away with charging for tickets - It's now free, as in beer, to take part and have a change at those amazing prizes we give away every two weeks.

Yes - FREE. It wasn't a typo

Simply send an EVE mail to the character "BIG Games" with a subject of "The BIG Lottery" (exact text!) and you are automatically entered into the draw.

I love doing the bi-weekly draw, with all the banter and happy people that comes along with it.
Which is probably why I've been doing this for 14 years now!
