Two Screens - Two Video Cards - Client Wont Select

Good Day,

I recently installed a second video card in my system so each monitor could have its own.
This was working fine and, while in the client, I was able to select the video card for the display the client was using.

No issue so far ... then it went south. :-(

After I updated my video drivers to the latest (Radeon) and restarted, the launcher would not start any client until I checked the box to use DX9. Now, even though the 2nd video card is available for selection in the [esc] menu, it will not save that setting when pressing "apply" .. just stays on the #1 video card always.

If anyone has a guess to what I am missing, let me know please.
I think it may have to do with using DX9 but, when that is unchecked, the client will not even load.

Note: no SLI or Crossfire ...
