Merger of Icecream Audit Office into SoE Roughriders

Ladies and gentlemen; capsuleers;

I am pleased to announce the merger of Icecream Audit Office into SoE Roughriders. Professionally, I am glad to have found myself a home among the stars, and personally, I find it symbolic that it would happen on this day, five years to the day since the passing of the Ray of Matar cost me my old one.

The two corporations have a remarkably similar profile in operations, current activity, and recruitment base. Maintaining both was simply too much bureaucratic overhead.

I myself hold the CEOship of the SoERR from this day onwards. Commander, Chairman of the Board Gerrard DuNord holds the majority of capsuleer shares and thus final control on policy and a full veto on everything.

We remain, for now, a member of the Electus Matari alliance.

No, the transition was not particularly rough. These things always are, a little, but I know Gerrard from way back when and we work well together. Many Auditors were in fact going back "home", being former SoERR, and most of the rest of us have been friends with them for years. (I appreciate the pun.)

SoERR is mainly a small-scale combat oriented outfit. Currently we are involved in the toy war with Electus Matari, but it remains to be seen what the scope of operations will be in the future. We are open to hearing suggestions.

SoE indeed stands for Sisters of Eve. While we have no formal affiliation and take orders from no one, we have an understanding with them that we will assist with any humanitarian operation that could benefit from our expertise.

And yes, it is an old name. It's good to find home.

Does this mean that there will no longer be quality control on Icecream? Or does SoERR continue that role?

I am sorry to disappoint, but (surprise!) IceAO never had anything to actually do with icecream, any more than PIE Inc has with pie. The name is an obscure joke, but eventually puns on it grow old.

Halcy he does have to answer to his wife about letting loose those locks.
