Aeneas - Auxiliary Mining Barge

A new mining barge that is able to field TII Heavy Drones would be a nice Auxiliary ship for the miners.

It come with a reduced ore or ice bay of 1,500 cu. meters, a reduced strip miner range of 10 km, reduced yield of 500 units mined every three minutes but would have bonuses to drone hit points, damage and mining yield.

The Aeneas would also have a beefy tank coming in at 15,000 EHP; 2,500 Shield, 10,000 Armor and 2,500 Hull.

It would have one high slot for a strip miner, four medium slots for Drone modules and four low slots for armor modules.

The Aeneas would have also have a bonus for drone velocity of +50 % and drone range of 10,000 km with Cruiser locking times.

Orca does as much drone damage as a domi/geddon but with better speed and tracking. And it has better capacity. Why would we need this?

So, you want to put a Dominix out with your mining fleet, fitted with modulated deep core mining laser II and cargo expanders.

Ore bay is too small to be useable, mining amount is negligible, tank is not beefy at all (that's half an unfit procurer's EHP) and is the wrong type for logistics. Chances are any mining op big enough to require combat overwatch will just have an Orca anyway, which will probably have the same DPS.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

Can there be a serious hybrid PvP industrial boat under consideration here, I need to know this before I start skill injecting for Gallente Battleship IV.

The design idea is to get a mining barge able to deploy Large Combat Drones or Sentries into a belt that would make defending against BC and BS more balanced for the mining fleet.
