Can we do something about the Rock havens now

like seriously can we please have the rock haven spawns spread out to stop these smartbombers making 450m a hour.
Mostly with IS boxer. Like seriously just move the spawn points by like 10km

When they use ISBoxer, they risk getting banned as it is against the eula

No, it is not against the EULA. Input broadcasting which ISBoxer is capable off is against the EULA and will get you banned. just don't input broadcast

OP if you think someone is input broadcasting or something then report them to CCP with whatever evidence you have. They'll get banned.

CCP doesn't ban programs, but most of what IS boxer does is banned. There are a *few* things you can use it for that won't get you banned, but most of the time when someone says another player is "using IS Boxer" they're not referring to logging in their characters all at once...
