Can we please consider adding a small ship bay to the porpoise, while yes the Porpoise can field remote shield transfer modules. Its not much use keeping T2 mining frigates on field during an engagement in the same way you might keep procurers or skiffs on field.

I would propose 100,000m3, enough to store 2 Prospects, but could easily see this value range from 50,000 up to a maximum of 150,000 for 3 prospects.

Perhaps even have it scale with command industrial skill.

Seems reasonable to me.

Start at 25,000m3 and give it 25,000m3 per level.
So at level 1 it gets 50,000m3. Enough to store a single and level 5 gives you 150,000m3 - enough for three.

Interesting, that would certainly be useful for frigate hole (mining) raiding, and quite a few other areas.
I am not sure if it became overall a mini orca, whether that would be a good thing though.

The details would be significant here, a misstep and a problem is created.

But a good sound idea overall, it certainly could be done right with a bit of thought and care.
