What other email service can I use that doesn't ask for personal information?

I've been running my own mail server for over a decade now, so no clue what's out there for viable options.
But the rule of thumb is if you don't pay for a product, you are the product. Use free (as in open, not free of cost) services wherever possible and don't sign up for any of the walled gardens and you should also check where the company / provider in question is located.

Do not trust any provider on US soil, rather look for European providers (excluding UK and France) if you value your privacy even a little bit.

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Hahaha.

You are happy to use a service for your email and all the details that are included in emails, but not willing to give them a mobile number to increase security on those emails.

Classic.

Thanks for the advice. As someone mentioned, Protonmail seems to be a good alternative. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ProtonMail
As for my Eve account it is stuck with a Gmail address that I can't change because it requires access to the existing Gmail account. At least I won't use Gmail for any future registration.

They aren't. I'll also tripple every ISK you send me. Honest.

They ask for phone number and verification code so no random person can login on your account. As an added bonus NSA will know your location with 10 inch accuracy instead of 2 meters like they currently do.
