So yes, if I say I'm a recruiter for Goonswarm and my alt is. There is no technical difference and I'll get "the spankering" from CCP.
The problem is that in RL law you need to have criminal intent to make the impersonation a crime. However in EVE online that does not have to prooven, only that person X syas he's person Y or a respresentative of such. Also they have to state that ingame.

PS: I'm not at all, it's just a bleeping example.

If the person is not in GSF then perhaps. But most recruitment scams are done by people in the alliance. Only thing they are not allowed is impersonating diplos and of course, God Emperor Mittens.

Goonswarm used to steal peoples **** and kill/kick them for fun, likely just going to take the isk and not let you in.

I paid my 500 mil and was accepted the next day. That's how I got into. CODE.

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

Can confirm the salt. Blood raiders are much more annoying than guristas. Also drop those useless armour mods, when everyone knows that it's shield supremacy!

I got offered a price far greater to join the swarm. I think it was because of my female alter-ego's talents. While I didn't read ANY of this thread all people where I live know goonswarm means "space sack full of bugs". And... this isn't even EvE terminology.

Every aussie understands what I just said.

I only post here if EvE is offline. Which means my posts are never well timed.
