I am looking for a new home to do PVP and PVP only.
I honestly don't care about the PVE side, making isk trough PVP is waaay better.

What I offer:

EU TZ
A great scout for fleet ops.
I can play an annoying tackler, and wait for the fleet to warp in.
I can light covert cyno's to get some nice killmails.
I can roam solo to annoy ratters.
Fly an annoying ship to jam people.

What I want in return:

Blops fleets
Frequent fleets, I am not looking for the big fleets, the smaller ones are more fun.
The less blues the better.
A stable staging system, where I can have some nice ships.
