A cooldown would be acceptable, or not necessary. I think this would really improve gameplay and increase complaints from people that know that losing skill points was a thing.

The default hotkey is W if memory serves me right.

When you orbit something, it generates a random orbital path.

If that doesn't work, just double-click in space and then orbit the same object again?
