I'm disappointed - thought the interdiction was about stopping the ridiculous risk-free isk faucet incursions are, whereas after reading the OP, it appears to be about pushing a personal agenda, extorting isk from specific incursion runners for personal profit and then letting matters rest when they agreed to Darius' terms.

I really hope someone picks the idea up for more idealistic reasons after Darius/Krissada got what they wanted...

You're looking at it the wrong way. If the bears are dumb enough to pay someone to stop, when not everyone is beholden to the person they pay, then they have essentially pod ransomed themselves so that someone else can shoot them. They're still pointed.

Interesting...
To my knowlege TDF only got some People to manage the Blacklist and the Ship reinbursement, as well as coordinationg the Focus with BTL.
I would hardly call that a Leadership, especially since pretty much anyone in the channel is free to do what they like
