Hello. This is a new contract type that is just like every other contract except its more expensive to set up but can be bid on/bought out from anywhere in the universe (except wormholes)

End result is increased competition on stuff. Auctions get more activity. And so on. May as well do away with the "you have to be in the same region as the contract you are bidding on" thing all together tbh. Unless i am missing something.

Contracts are already visible from anywhere in the universe, they aren't in any way region specific or limited in who can view them outside of corp contracts or other limits put up by the contract creator.

Are you serious? Im not talking about viewing them, im talking about bidding and buying. How can you miss that? The op is literately 4 lines of text.

And what then? I Mean, when you Accept the Contract, the Things are still in that Region, and you need to get there and take the Stuff anyway. So why not going there when you See the Contract, bid for it, and when you have the Things, go backe where you were?

I really don't see that improving anything, tbh

Your request is clear, simple, and uncomplicated, easy to grasp and understand.

There is a goal, often stated by the developers that players in space is a "good thing".

Ask yourself does your proposal achieve this?

Does it improve gameplay and involvement with players at a deeper level in the EVE universe?

Does it add to the experience of Eve being a large universe with different spaces, regions, races, and flavour?

Or is it just something to make dealing with contracts less work, and mean undocking and travel is reduced?

yes, of course it does, and that is why it fails to meet the goals of EVE.

If anything i would be participating in contracts more, and making more trips around if i can bid/buy on contracts from anywhere. The system with the restrictions we have now results in Jita congregation and ppl switch to alts to check and deal with contracts. How is that any better?

What if i am trying to scan the contracts for a good deal? Not everything about eve-online is buy on demand. Particularly auctions are a PITA with the current system. And for what purpose?
