best t1frigs for kit'n

Im gonna start messig around with t1frigs and im looking for the best frig for the job. I got skills for caldari and minmatar. I got my eye on the breacher and condor because i dont have to worry about tracking. Any good fits that you experianced that worked the best? I would choose a stileto over anything but i fear i'll be hurting if a 'tracking disruptor' gets on me.

Any frig can get countered by the right fit. Heck any ship can get countered by the right fit, so worrying about tracking disrupting is not something you should be doing (unless you know for a fact you are fighting it).

Of all the ewar, probably the least common is tracking disrupting.

As for your question:

Stileto is not T1 - You are probably thinking of slasher.

Here is what I would say:

Breacher - Condor are good with breacher being better if you manage mods well.

Imperial Navy slicer is probably the best navy frig though the comet is also good.

Gaurmer is arguably the king of t1 kiting frig but pricey.

I enjoyed flying an executioner around low sec for a while as a cheap slicer, but
