How about allowing a partition for cargo holds?

I'm probably not the first to suggest this, but here goes..

Lets add the ability to partition a cargo hold into 2 holds of custom size (not greater than the original). For those that keep a mobile depot in the cargo hold with some modules, this would be great to keep that equipment separate from general cargo... Thoughts?

Would be nice if you could put Depos in Cargo can, that would make things much easier.

I normally have 1 can for stuff I don't want mixed and then everything else straight in cargo.

Yes. Yes it would be. 50 m3 (taking up 50 m3) out of the 120 m3 of a small can, leaves 70 m3 leftover space in the can (only taking up 50 m3 outside of the can). Perfection.

The problem with cargo containers is that they prevent you from contracting your ship.
