After losing another prospect while trying to mine gas I have a question.
is it possible to set direction of orbit? Or this still havent changed ?
What I mean, i need to orbit X, im going straight almost directly away from NPC. I click orbit and ship? starts to going towards npcs or going up or down not straight.
Why CCP havent implemented option for setting advanced orbit yet?

They have. Generally speaking that is called manual piloting. You double-click in space repeatedly to orbit or continually modify your path.

It's kind of like complaining that the autopilot still jumps you a good distance away from the gate. If you want to be lazy, you get to pay the "stupid tax" (which in this case is a "stupid" orbit).

what i compain about is lack of adjusting orbit once you hit orbit!!

if you are trying to get away, manually pilot. best option is away at an angle. try keep at range instead of orbit and set velocity to the same as the rat
