maximum efficiency build ship

Hi I had some questions. If I build a capital ship like Thanatos in Sotiyo and it show

Blueprint Material efficiency -10%
Install rig -4.2%
Engineering Complex Bonux -1%

Is it mean that I had the material maximum efficiency already ?

For the hull assembly - yes. A T2 rig would increase the rig bonus to 5.04%. These rigs aren't available on the market - not surprising with a build cost near 125 billion ISK!

With capital ships, the material efficiency of the components is usually more important since the hull requires a small number of each component. The Thukker component assembly array (15% ME, 25% TE bonus) remains the best place to build them for now. POS manufacturing bonuses will be going away this summer - not sure what, if anything, will replace the Thukker.
