Does application affect the neut amount of Void guided bombs?

Asking in the Help channel hasn't been able to provide a very conclusive answer, so it was suggested to me that I post here. If anyone has a more definitive answer, or a link to where I could find one, please share it with me.

Pretty sure it should, yes, since that's how it works with capital neuts. You could always go on the Test Server and check though.
