Allow ABC's to equip grapplers

Why should there be a grappler on ABC's (Arkonor, Bistot, Crokite)?

Also, most ABCs snipe, so it wouldn't be all that hot anyway.

How about assault frigs getting a role bonus so they can use grapplers. Much more interesting...

ABC's are deliberately weak to smaller ships. Allowing Grapplers would be taking away from that. Why should that element be changed.
