Decorate my citadel interior

Idea: Add the ability to decorate the interior of my citadel. I want to add curtains, paintings, a couch, etc. Everyone who docks should be able to see it. You can also have people manufacture items for decoration and be able to contract interior decorators.

As part of interior decorating I'd also like to be able to hang corpses on the walls. The corpses would have the player's name, so if I come upon a famous player's corpse, I could put it up as if it were a trophy room.
