Is there any way to know who stole my ore In HIgh Sec?

I jettisoned 1 and came back for it and it was gone, I noticed someone killed some NPC in area also. But he logged off and I asked him by email, probably not going to say anything if it is him. So is there a way to know who took my containers?

Yeah I was wondering about this too. Nobody steals ore just to steal ore. I have yet to ever hear of a player taking ore because they needed it. Usually it's "Hey who stole my ore.. is it that guy with.... why am I being targeted... hey what are my drones doin.... OMWTFBBQPWN!!!!! why am I being told to go back to WoW? Why is there a blog post making fun of me getting linked in local?"
