Limit CYNO capability to specific ships!

Caps - Max

Specialized Ships

Recons No changes
Covert Ops No changes



So....I need to undock in a carrier to move a jump freighter the max range it can go? WTF?

No, a recon, cov ops or cap. If you're too poor or have no friends for that maybe JF not your forte
