So, who's willing to tell me the story of Chribba? I remember reading about him/her about a decade ago, and he still seems to be The Middle Man. Where did he come from, how did he came to be this guy that everyone trusts, and how rich must he be now?

Is he like, the Most Sound Person on Earth in real life as well? He has to be, right? Big smile

He's EVE's greatest scammer, because he's in it for the long haul.

When he pulls the trigger and cashes in his reputation it will be glorious.

He has had multiple opportunities to steal 13 figure sums and has not done so yet. I reckon he will end up doing it for a 14 figure sum one day, and in doing so bankrupt an alliance or two.

When the servers start shutting down; when solar systems start going offline; as players log off for the last time, there will be 3 characters in Jita. They will have a trade for 1 isk. The isk will be sent to Chribba and the trade conducted, but the other two get booted from the server before the isk could be given to the seller. Chribba is the last one online with no one to give the isk to. He smiles as he looks at his wallet (1.00 isk) and laughs. "Got em!" he says as the message pops up that the cluster has shutdown.

Nah who are we kidding. If that happened, Chribba would track down the players in real life and give them whatever the equivalent compensation is for 1 isk and not get banned for RMT because he is Chribba (and the game is shutdown lol but small details mean nothing).
