So here is the Idea you have some wormhole pop up near a market center tying say Jita and Amarr by 3 jumps instead of 8. You try to cram to much through it and it collapses its self regulating. This could be a semi valuable thing for new players to find but if not spawned to often shouldn't unbalance the game.

And something that would be heavily camped, like guys I'm helping found there and didn't believe me resulting in many deaths for them

If they rolled with less mass that would make them harder to camp. Some camping I think would be cool anyway. The idea being you could have some PVP pop up near a trade system from time to time.

These things already exist.
They don't pop up often but they show up with about the same regularity as any other h2h wh to-from specific destinations.

Thing is that when they get found they don't generally get advertised. Either because the person who found it doesn't know the value of such a connection, doesn't know who to sell it too, or uses it themselves.

H2h wormholes also don't have a huge amount of mass. Generally only 2 round trip freighter loads worth. So when they do get found they pop fast.

I did abuse the hell out of a WH I once found from Fran to 2 jumps from Jita (can't remember the exact system name). Was gone within the hour.

I'm really failing to see what the actual idea is here. If you want to find a wormhole route through High Sec you can, it just takes time and effort.

Wormholes that provide shortcuts between trade hubs already exist, like every other wormhole they are random occurrences.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Well I guess I haven't scanned in high sec enough to find them. Well the Idea is instead why do that no exists instead pop them more often. The idea being you can give a asset to the budding explorer that isn't a tangible asset reward. I guess its a good point that most new people may not know its valuable / ISKatizable.

Again, these already exist, the problem is that while there are *always* a certain number of High Sec to High Sec wormholes they may spawn between two adjacent systems, or between two systems in the middle of nowhere in opposite high sec island pockets. Finding ones that actually go where you want is relatively rare and takes a lot of work.

On top of that the actual value here is questionable. You need to not only find the wormhole but you need to find someone willing to pay you for it, which is going to be pretty rare because these sorts of holes aren't actually that valuable.
