Not entirely sure what the question is, but I think you're asking what the capsule is for. Think of it like a lifeboat for when your ship gets destroyed. You can still get away in your capsule with any implants you have installed, unless they catch your capsule too. If your capsule is destroyed you lose any implants installed, and wake up in a fresh clone at your home station.
