Just returned from a 2 year break after i discovered alpha clones, just want to know if you would be able to sell toons on the character bazaar that have alpha status?

You need to be an omega in order to trade a character and purchase a transfer and the destination account has to be omega.
I asked a GM when I came back about that cause I wanted to move my old main to this account.

There are no such things as "toons" in EvE, so no, sorry.

Logged a support ticket, it is possible to transfer a toon on alpha and omega status as long as fee is paid.

OP you should be able to transfer the character just fine, there are not restrictions on character transfers and alpha accounts. You will still need to pay the PLEX though, and if the destination account is an Alpha you will still need to subscribe that account to use the skills on the character that fall outside of the Alpha restrictions.
