Hey all,

Not necessarily your typical "I want to be a pirate" player here. I'm older, been gaming since the text based MUD's and have even tried EVE a few times in the past, but never found a corp and always eventually wandered away. I want to stick around this time and I think the trick to that is to find some good people to meet, learn from, hang with, and fight with. More then willing to protect and back friends, but not out to prove I'm the biggest, baddest, person out there.

Currently I am mostly Hi-Sec ratting and Mission running. I also want to try my hand at exploring, but the sleepers in the WH's kick my butt. I'm not at all adverse to PvP, but in most games tend to lean to the PvE side of things. Only at 1.25 Mil SP's.

Looking to learn a lot more about Exploring, WH, Low and Null Sec.

I think I would fit best with a corp that discouraged Ganking (Not against PvP, you need to protect whats yours, just against griefing)

Looking for:
Good people
Corp mates willing to help me learn
A Corp I can get behind and want to help out
A Corp that understands RL and values the individual


Not looking for:
A Corp that encourages Suicide Ganking
A lot of 'freebies', advice should be free, most other things in life only have value if you work for them
A corp that bases member worth on kill/isk stats
A required number of hours a week or participation in every planned event

I know a good corp can make or break a game, and am having trouble from reading the recruitment ads to tell the numbers more important then individuals corps from established corps that want the RIGHT members

We, here at Dissident Aggressors [DTAS], are a bunch of null-sec jack of all trades, masters of none, kind of players. We do BLOPS, small gang, big fleet, cap, mining, building, gate camps, D all of the above kind of corp. The leadership has an average of 8 years in game experience in all aspects.
