Okay,

So I was updating my skill queue and was looking at the the Rigging section.

Skill - Jury Rigging III

Allows

Armor Rigging
Astronautics Rigging
Drones Rigging
Electronic Superiority Rigging

Projectile Weapon Rigging < Omega
Energy Weapon Rigging < Omega

Hybrid Weapon Rigging < Not Omega

Launcher Rigging < Omega

Shield Rigging

Question is? Why are 3/4 of the weapon platforms (not counting drones) restricted to Omegas and not all 4? Is this just something the developers missed or intended?

I'd make guess that it is due to you being a Gallente -character. Gallente weapon systems are drones and hybrids. It would make sense that those are allowed to be skilled as a gallente alpha

it is consistent - each race/faction has different rigging skills allowed ased on what technology they use

As an Alpha you can only train the rigging skills for the weapons you can train, those weapons are restricted based on the race you selected and the ships that race uses.

If you look at the ships for other races you'll see they are also omega.

okay thank you all. i forgot about the skill locking on a per race for alpha... blond moment.
