What's REALLY obvious is that the filter needs some serious love.

"Hussein" seems to be a fairly common name (re: the POTUS) so I can't see any reason why it, by itself, would be censored.

Is it just me or when i type it takes ages for the letters to catch up with my typing, and i am not really an all that fast typist. It is just really annoying to pause and let the text catch up all the time.

Blame the javascript bonanza of the forums. You could always block it, but that would break large portions of the forums…

Ah so it isnt just me then. Ok at least i can stop trying to figure it out then. *fumes* it seriously is pissing me off. (pause for 5 seconds to catch up with just those 2 short sentences)

Yes, this plagues me as well. I am very fast typist, so I thought maybe I was just breaking it, glad to hear that it's not just me (nor just in my head). CCP, please fix this...it's horribly annoying.

These are good changes, and imo these forums will be better than the old ones after this.

Images in sigs are a must though! Eve sigs were an iconic thing, and there was even a vibrant little economy behind them! Even if a tiny size restriction is implemented, it would be better than nothing.

What? You honestly think this forum looks/feels modern? You aren't trolling?

If you aren't I can only assume you rarely use other forums. These forums have so many "standard" features missing I don't know where to begin. It's like stepping back in time the best part of a decade, it really is.

Its an improvement on the old forums but that's no great achievement - most ultra-cheap domain hosting packages had better forums than those and any idiot can set those up.

I think CCP are indulging in a bit too much backslapping here. Reinventing the wheel (again) isn't usually considered that productive but I guess we're into :awesome: and :excellence: territory here.

As for this, if it took one employee in an entry-level position more than 30 minutes, something is completely ****** in your company. Was that the case, or are you exagerating these changes a little bit? Roll
