White screen issue continues

Hello, I have been playing eve for about a month, as of 3 months ago, and had no issues. Now all of a sudden my launcher is just white with the eve launcher settings minimize and close buttons showing. I am on windows 10 64bit and I play through steam. I have reinstalled 2 times now and have tried all of the solutions and nothing works. What happens is when i open eve it is in the hidden icons tray on the tool bar, when i click the icon it gives me the white launcher. After fiddling with it I gave up and launched war thunder, when i launched war thunder I heard audio that would be played on the eve launcher come through my headphones, at that time the launcher wasn't even open. Also when i open the server list it says the servers aren't verified. Can anyone please help?

edit: i found the problem i think, I am running the cache scanner and it states that i have at least 40,000/69,000 cache files missing. My question now is where can i get these missing files from?

Start the launcher, open settings, click on download everything, click save. Wait for the launcher to download all the resource files.

After that you should have all the files and no more issues. If the launcher is still white it might be corrupt launcher cache. To clear that please close the launcher and then try the following.

Please press the windows key + R to open a run window.
Copy and paste the following into the run window and press enter.

%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\cache\QtWebEngine

Right click on the folder named 'default' and delete it.
Start the launcher and see if the issue persists.
