Modify tooltips for People & Places

I think it would be more useful for the tooltips when hovering over People & Places bookmarks to display the Notes of that bookmark rather than the name. The name is already there in the window whereas you have to actually go in and edit the bookmark to see the notes.

That's a good idea. In the wallet window's journal tab, the tooltip already displays the reason for the transaction if it's a player donation.
