The full fit+ refits sets include:
-3x Doomsadys
-Concord railguns, T2 triple neutrons, & Concord Ion siege blasters with 3 hybrid ammo varieties
-Smartbombs and Neuts (officer & faction)
-cap rechargers, mobile cyno inhibitors, mobile warp disruptors, boosters, scan inhibitors, paste, Cap Booster Charges
-a full set of shield & armor refits (plates+hardeners/invluns) including 2x concord plates and all Deadspace/faction resist mods
-Various T2, blue, and green refits for damage and resist mods
-Tracking enhancers, tracking computers, sensor boosters + scripts

That means upon acceptance you can fly straight into combat or travel home with a travel fit, shield fit, armor fit, and any manner of applicable doomsdays, hybrid weapons, and utility mods.
