So for the T3 Re-balance.... What was put down is perfect in my opinion (Make them catch-able in nullsec pls :p)

I do have some idea's for the Guristas Faction capitals.

Okay, no idea how to explain this without tossing the siege module for a different kind but here it goes. You could start with role bonus to bonus's to fighters damage when locked down. Maybe make a restriction to use only rapid torp launchers. I was thinking somewhere along the lines of this being a dps ship so maybe have 2 fighter squads (as aforementioned) that would do 50% more dps bringing their dps to about 1400-1500 -Rockets. With rapid torps your already getting about 3kdps when locked down, and like 300 when not. And the bonus to locked down to fighters could be 200-500% to bring there total dps Guns+Rockets to about 7000ish dps. Other bonus's I couldn't even ponder on, but the idea behind that wouldn't be that bad. Oh and it can't use Anti-Drone Fighters... I foresee unforeseen consequences to that....

Titan:
Similar idea, Limit it to rapid torps, give better bonus to them. Bring dps of the rapid torps to about the same as the dread 3k or so. Then the fighters could be limited to heavy fighters only one squad but have the bonus bring it up to 6-8k dps. Another interesting thought would be the fight titan that would have incentive to active tank, but no idea how that would go :)

Ummm? Bring back cap chaining capitals?!? (Maybe can refit with combat timer)
Honestly no idea, I leave that up to more creative people.

Side Note: Please release a Nos/Neut Lance for a doomday for the Molok!?

CCP's proposed balance pass on Tech 3 Strategic Cruisers is downright terrible and no, they should not be nerfed so you can catch them in Nullsec space.

I for one like the combination systems for engineering/electronic subsystems. And for them being truly 'nerfed' it wouldn't be a hard nerf to how they said it, they are just mitigating some of the multi-roles they currently fill to try and bring back HACs, Recon Ships, Etc.

And for being able to catch in nullsec. They already can, just not reliably. A mechanic of a game should not be so heavy balanced on a 'Server Tick' I have seen many cloaky warpy nullified tengus cought and merked. Its just what your ping is vs what the server ticks feel like that day.


And to be me being CVA. Woo an Alliance ticker... You both should share more opinion and less trash please. :)

I never made any remarks about your Corp or Alliance nor do I care about it.

You made a remark that you think the proposed changes are perfect and then posted a request to make them catch-able in nullsec. You didn't expand on those statements so I replied the same way and just stated my opinion without expanding on it.

When someone removes a portion of an item it's a nerf. As for 'Nerfing' T3 Cruisers to bring back HAC's, Recon Cruisers, etc, that's a poor excuse by CCP. The main reason those ships are not being used anymore is due to the deliberate nerf made to them because CCP wanted to make players start using the more expensive Faction Empire ships. This whole 'Ship Tiericide' program has gotten way out of control. And to think this all started years ago when CCP nerfed the Dramiel because people cried that it was too OP compared to all the other Frigates in-game.

The main problem is 'Ship Tiericide' will never stop. Whenever CCP adds more ships to the game, another 'Ship Tiericide' pass is required on all ships and more changes are done requiring players to refit or abandon their ships again ....... and again ....... and again, etc.

CCP has been doing this for a few years now and the log in numbers have been steadily declining. If they continue eventually everybody will end up being 'Nerfed' from the game.

Not a fan of the idea of hard limiting these ships to HAW weapons like that. That would make them virtually useless in a cap fight. Personally I don't think they should require Siege for Fighter damage or that the module should provide any bonus to it. That lets them cycle out of Siege and continue to do a decent amount of damage for their hull type.
