So, since I started playing EvE around a month ago, I have been haunted by this message:

It pops up no matter what mode I put EvE in, and no matter what time I log in. The most amount of time I have gone without receiving this message was a whopping three hours. It disconnects me after a delay of around 20 seconds.
I read there was an article in 2014 abut this, but I could not find if there were any new postings.

Thanks for any help.

EDIT; my ISP is comcast, I live on the west coast, and I have no connection problems with any other games including League of Legends, and DOTA. I do NOT use the steam client.
