Hello guys,

I just saw the trailer of eve vylkyrie (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SI1CB4rcf8) and I like the radio chatter in the background.

Is it possible and is it interesting to the (carrier-) capsuleers to install radio chatter for the fighters (drones)?

If we give the fighter pilots / drones the order to:
- engage a target, and the fighter pilots answer with a "roger, copy that, on it, engaging etc." It dosnt have to be the same, probably with some different answers...
- activate booster - "Activating boosters, sppeding, ..."
- firing bombs and so on...
- when idle - "need a target, call primary, ..." etc.
- some shuffled chatter (?), or typical radio chatter eve online-fleet commanders are using
- and finally, some screeming when figher pilot get killed with "see you in the next life" :)


Espacially when fighting alone on combat signatures, it would give the battle a bit more atmosphere, probably.

Fly safe and make new eden a better place ;)

good suggestion anyway!
specially when ratting etc can be very entertaining.
but i doubt you're gonna listen to it in a real battle, when you'll listen to your FC :)

i only hope CCP won't use the same voice of the new aura What?

CCP could install something at the setting audio window. During a battle we could switch off the sound.

Excellent idea, and not only fighters, drones giving audio feedback to orders and warnings would make the gaming experience so much better.

Even other weapon platforms could benefit from improved sound effects. Sound is not the best part of Eve.

Yes. I have no idea why the sound doesnt get love from ccp ;) (I know in space is no sound)

A nice voice that informs me that i am acitivating eqipment and when it goes offline for example becuase of no capcity would be nice too. That probably would make the game for typical solo players more atmospheric.

Btw. as I do not write in forum very often. Is ccp reading our posts?

Roll you don't know how right you are. I play in windowed mode with game muted. I usually play music in the background.

the new aura is annoying to listen....
